RC505 RADIO EFFECT EXPLAINED [MK2]

The Radio effect is designed to emulate the sound of a radio, itroducing distortion, filtering and the feeling of static.

The two parameters available for the Radio effect on the RC-505 are LoFi and Level. The LoFi parameter controls the amount of degradation in the sound quality, with higher values resulting in a more pronounced effect. When the LoFi parameter is set to its maximum value of 10, the effect is applied ten times, resulting in a very low-fi and distorted sound.

The Level parameter controls the overall volume of the effect, allowing you to blend it with the dry signal to achieve the desired level of intensity. With these two parameters, you can create a wide range of radio-like effects, from subtle distortion to a completely degraded, low-fi sound.
